Refund policy

Because FamiliaBoost mainly sells vitamins, supplements, and wellness products, returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, sealed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at +961 79 419 448, and we will arrange the pickup from your delivery address.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used vitamins, supplements, or wellness products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product was damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery.
